Sport of Kings

For the first time, June’s USA Trunk Show itinerary will include a scheduled stopover at the Memphis Hunt & Polo Club and we have a proud history of making equestrian and huntwear. Chairman Michael Skinner competed at Badminton Horse Trials in 1961.

Windsor

Being a stylish polo spectator requires thought and preparation.

Dress codes range from smart casual for relaxed country games to more formal attire for high stake, high profile tournaments.

Our own Managing Director was spotted at the Guards Polo Club in the majestic splendour of Windsor Great Park, where the best polo is played on the finest pitches in Europe. Attending with his wife Camilla, William wore a smart single-breasted navy blazer, without a tie as the dress code allowed for that particular event, and paired with a pale, narrow stripe shirt, grey lightweight flannel trousers and a straw hat.

Clean Silhouette

For these more high profile venues, we’d recommend a smart navy blazer, single-breasted or double-breasted, as something easily accessorised for the polo.

Accessories, such as a smart brimmed straw hat, will add extra flamboyance, or indeed can be used to tone down an overall look, to make it more subtle.

Polo is a sport enjoyed all over the world, from the USA to Dubai, Malaysia to Chile, the UK to Argentina. To make a positive impression when attending polo, your choice of really clothing matters.

Polo is an opportunity to dress up and enjoy the finer things in life, all the while considering your comfort, during what could be a long day out in the sunshine.
