The British summer is now officially here, so it’s time to enjoy some of the most high profile sporting events in the social calendar.

William Skinner, Managing Director and the fifth generation of the original Skinner family to manage the business, recently enjoyed a day out with his wife Camilla watching world class tennis at The Queen's Club. This tournament is officially seen as a warm-up for Wimbledon itself.
Being an extremely warm and sunny summer day and with tickets for the standard seating area, William chose to wear a lightweight, two button, linen jacket in a vibrant pink colour from Drapers' Monte Carlo cloth bunch, with silk pocket square and an open necked pale coloured shirt, paired with off-white casual trousers.

For long, relaxed days out at the cricket, think open necked, looser fitting, short sleeved shirts in lightweight and light coloured summer cloths, such as linens and linen blends.
You could pair with a smart, yet contemporary blazer, either single-breasted or double-breasted.
Matched with light coloured, loose legged trousers.
And a straw hat to avoid a sunburn as you enjoy the many overs!
